So, you’re back

artur wintry waitingAt least Artur was a welcome sight.

He ambled out of his home around 9am and I almost walked straight past him when I was heading to the potting shed. He blends in too well.

I decided not to do any outdoor work today as I’m just not bouyed up enough to want to attack anything.

But I did need to water the paperwhite narcissus bulbs that are growing well in the potting shed.

And the dear sweet cat came racing in and sat on my lap happily for a good long purring session.

And he didn’t even bite me as a punishment for being away.

Tomorrow I might get a bit more affection. But the house is a noisy place as the builders are removing a stone wall.  So he won’t come close.  And I have decided that today was to be a major painting day instead. Be productive somewhere on the farm, that’s my motto for now.
