St Peray poppy fields

I have about sixty pictures to try and add from the last week’s gardening activities.   But these two are from other fields.   I drove down to St Peray, our nearest wine growing region down near Valence, and found this amazing field. Poppies are far as the eye could see. It was mouthwatering.

Almost as good as the methode champenoise from Theirs winery. Not to mention their rather good Terres Rouilles white.
