Morning light

I love the mornings here on the mountain. You get such a clear light, and right now everything is just blindingly green.

Here is the sun shining through the irises I have in the barn garden on the upper level.  I don’t have a lot of interest in the flowers as they are so fleeting; but the foliage lasts for months and months.

There are part of the haul from Leslie last autum and it will be fun to see just what emerges.
