Australian native plants
An awful lot of this:
And some of this:
But a lot of my spare time (not much) is spent walking about and taking endless pictures of gorgeous grevillea.
Australian natives flowering like mad.
They have incredible tactile qualities.
Is that upside down?
The plants come in all sorts of colours.
And the ones at the top of the hill of my family home just make my heart sing.
And one day I took my brother’s dog for a walk (actually Shadow took me) and came across this incredible plant.
I have no idea what it is. But it is growing like a parasite on another stunning tree. Two for the price of one.
If any of you know it’s name I’d love to know.
Have another view. I’ll stop now.

Thank you! I keep wanting to take a pair of secateurs on my walk and snip a few to take home. But it’s a snap rather and a snip for once!

In Sydney until Sunday. The colour is very very vivid. And the native plants are mad with colour.
