No such thing as a straight line
The secateurs never leave my pocket. This is serious dead heading season.
I was just heading down to the rain gauge to check and see if there was more than a dead bug in the bottom of the gauge. And suddenly I veered off to the lilac bed to spend a few minutes dead heading asters before reaching it.
That’s how it is right now – you can write out a list – but you end up trying to catch up everywhere.
But at least I finished the cabbage beds. Weed free.

Sorry about that! He was so cranky the first day that he refused to pose. and yesterday we are back to best friends (well, in cat world parlance). I looked for him this morning but didn’t track him down. Fear not! I will stalk him and snap shortly.
