Dithering
It’s sunny, I’ve just arrived and I’m dithering. I really should get out the paint brush and make a start on the first coat of the potting shed. But I can’t seem to settle. I just want to walk about and prod things and plan.
As a small job I have picked up all the chestnut leave s trapped in the flower beds that are on the terraced bank above the shed.
This is always going to be an annual task as I reclaim the farm: plenty of chestnut trees shedding their leaves in the autumn and the wind pushes them further down the hill. Still it’s a fun way to actually look in these beds and see just how many verbena bonariensis plants survived the winter. It looks promising.
