I can’t believe I didn’t post this last week. Berry harvest. Jostaberries, white currants and red currants.

I have already made twelve pots of jam with the jostaberries. And added the red currants to a rice and bean salad I took down to Andrew’s last week.

The black currants have defeated me so far; I just froze them and will make cordial this weekend. Well, that’s the plan.
