Perfect reproduction

DSC02447The day became too warm to continue on the pool bank. So I sought a job to do in the shade. And where better than the steep bank under the walnut tree on the top part of the garden.

This was designed and planted up by Andrew last year and it has filled out nicely. It’s tricky to photograph as the walnut tree throws such a dappled shade over everything.

But one plant I have managed to get a shot of is a beauty. Euphorbia robbiae. Did I spell that right? Mrs Robb’s Bonnet.

And best of all, I have little robbiae babies. Hurrah.  I think I’ll leave them in situ for now. There’s plenty of room for them to grow where they are.
