Firsts

The first cherries, always a delight. Better on low branches so you can just scoff as you walk past.  But these came from the elderly tree up above the guest house.

Branches are falling off the tree faster than the cherries.

But it is pleasingly easy to climb.

The good news is I have planted a replacement tree and will get more this winter to build up our supplies.

What? 44 cherry trees aren’t enough?
